Ethan, with over 17 years of extensive experience in external, internal, and ISO auditing, has a rich professional background. Beginning his career with Deloitte and Touche in Singapore, he subsequently held positions at prominent organizations like SemCorp Industry Limited, Teledata Singapore Limited, CISCO (now known as Certis Cisco), Singapore Powers Limited, and Keppel Corporation Limited as their Internal Auditor.
Ethan’s journey as a Public Accountant commenced in 2009, with roles in Fiducia LLP and TKNP International. In 2010, he ventured to establish Oakfield Pte Ltd, specializing in Corporate Secretary services, Financial Accounting, Corporate Training, Risk Control Advisory, Forensic Accounting, Business Valuation, and Litigation Support. Presently, he serves as the Managing Partner of Credo Assurance LLP.
Notably, Ethan is a founding member and former President of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiner (Singapore Chapter) and remains actively engaged as part of the Management Committee for the Singapore Chapter. He possesses extensive expertise in fraud examination and has played a vital role in resolving numerous fraud allegations throughout his career. Ethan also brings a wealth of leadership experience as the former President of the Manchester Business School Alumni.

His work also extends to risk advisory services, helping organisations strengthen governance frameworks and manage evolving operational and compliance risks.
Ethan contributes to engagements involving financial investigations, dispute-related analysis, and complex financial reviews. Drawing on principles commonly associated with forensic advisory, he assists organisations in examining financial records, tracing transactions, and identifying irregularities. These engagements help businesses clarify financial matters during internal investigations, regulatory reviews, or legal proceedings.
With experience in financial analysis and valuation methodologies, Ethan supports engagements involving business valuation, providing structured assessments of a company’s financial position and underlying value. His work also contributes to litigation support services, assisting stakeholders with financial analysis and documentation that may be required in shareholder disputes, restructuring situations, or commercial litigation matters.
