Chin Sien earned his Bachelor of Accountancy degree from RMIT University, Australia, in 2006, marking the beginning of his professional journey. He embarked on a career in the Audit and Assurance department of a mid-tier accounting firm, accumulating over 15 years of experience. His portfolio encompassed a diverse array of clients, ranging from SMEs to MNCs across industries such as Construction, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Investment Holding, Technology, Food & Beverage, and Non-profit organizations.

Prior to establishing his own practice in November 2017, Chin Sien held the position of Senior Audit Manager at a prominent Top 35 Accounting Firm in Singapore, where he led the external audit and quality control division. As a trainer, he conducted technical updates workshops covering International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), enhancing the technical proficiency of audit professionals to ensure audit quality and compliance with industry standards. In addition to his extensive auditing background, Chin Sien has also provided taxation and financial accounting advisory services.

Chin Sien currently serves as a panel member of the IFRS Helpline service with CS Liew Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. and holds the role of Technical Director at Accounting Consultancy Pte. Ltd.
